Shipping and Returns

When purchasing one of my personally designed and written crochet patterns. Please be aware of the terminology you wish to purchase. Some patterns are separate so you have to choose US or UK terms and others have both in them. Your pattern will be available for download as soon as your payment has cleared. You should receive an email with the link to access your pattern.

If you have any concerns or questions please feel free to contact me and I will respond as soon as possible.

All digitally downloadable patterns are not eligible for return due to the nature of the delivery. So please choose carefully as refunds will not be given.

Please respect the time and effort it takes to design and write these patterns. I would appreciate it if you would not share the pattern or sell it to others or use the pattern in a workshop or group lesson without my written consent first.

You are more than welcome to sell the items you make from my patterns but please acknowledge LiveLoveCrochetShaz as the owner and designer of the pattern.

I would love it if you share your finished items with me as I love to see them all...just tag me @livelovecrochetshaz.
